You should ask for help, you have people around you who care about you. You dont need to deal with all of this on your own
“Not going to hell” should not be the reason you live. It seems by the way you refer to it as a “religion” rather than a relationship you are not close to God. A relationship with him is much different than routine rituals.
This is my experience (the girl is just a random actor meant to represent all of us).
Jesus Christ died on a cross for you to save you not only from the consequence of sin but the power of sin. I know the enemy wants you out of the picture because you can feel this love to the fullest.
Repentance is not “try to be good enough for heaven or God” instead “forget every idea of being self righteous run to his loving arms just as you are”. I had six years of suicidal depression. It only stopped when I saw and felt the immense love from on high personally in my life. I want you to reach out to a church (mostly baptism or non denomination not sure if I trust other ones).
I am not the only one who recovered depression by growing closer to God. I know this is not the only reason to grow close to him. I know when you really see him for who he is growing close to his love you will have so much hope, faith and love that is solid as a rock!
